Producing Food for Sale
Any food item that is processed for sale for human consumption must be prepared in a "certified kitchen." You may get permission to use a kitchen that has already been certified (a.g., a church or restaurant), or you may want to build your own kitchen. Refer to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services "MINIMUM CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS CHECKLIST" for information on how to construct your own certified kitchen.
